Dodge should do a Dirty Mary Edition Charger.
For those who are confused, Dirty Mary, Crazy Larry was a 90 minute long car chase masquerading as a feature film.

Saw a bright lime green Charger R/T today of that vintage, maybe ‘70 or ‘71 and my eardrums are still recovering. Glorious.

The color of the hero car from the film was “Citron Yella”

That might be too dark for Dodge. Remember, the end of Dirty Mary, Crazy Larry is part of the beginning to “The Fall Guy”.
(You have to wait through half of this)

Ahh yes, the early eighties, when you could get away with creating a TV show solely as a vehicle for jumping a truck as much as possible.

I like my chances better in a Dirty Mary Crazy Larry themed Alco S-1!

Yeah, the late 1970s through early 80s were pretty fun if you were a kid.
Convoy is still my favorite movie.

Somewhere in a Hollywood boardroom in 1977: “Alright guys, I want to film a bunch of big-rigs doing stunts. Write a story around that.”

Yes, but... I think it fits this generation of Charger/Challenger. Edgy.

Write a song about it too. Those kids seem to like that “Country and Western” music these days. Let’s go for that. Where’s Linda Ronstadt!?
Hell, it worked for a few years. Though BJ and the Bear means something horribly different in 2015 than 1981..
